Apartment of 75 m2 with terrace and enclosed garden, 2 bedrooms, located on the ground floor of a villa made up of 6 apartments exclusively dedicated to seasonal rental.
This apartment was completely renovated and fitted out by a decorator in February 2024.
It is composed of :
- 1 living room with convertible sofa opening onto a terrace with enclosed garden, 140 cm LED television, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and classic coffee machine.
- 1 bedroom with a choice of 1 160x200 bed and 1 80x200 bed or 3 80x200 beds.
- 1 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds.
- 1 bathroom with sink and shower.
- 1 separate toilets.
- Laundry area with washing machine and dryer with free access.
You will have easy and free parking in front of the house as well as a WiFi internet connection.
On your arrival, coffee and orange juice await you to accompany your first breakfast (bakery or supermarket located less than 200 meters away).
Departure cleaning is included.
For the comfort and peace of mind of all, an on-call service is provided 7 days a week and parties that could cause nuisance are not authorized.
